I am a dual qualified Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist with a background in strength and conditioning for sport performance.
Growing up in Little Athletics and a previous elite high jumper, I have a passion for running, athletics and the skills involved. I have also played representative Basketball, Sydney Premier league AFL, Oz Tag and now love Mountain Biking and Snowboarding.
I have a strong belief that with the right programming, you can continue training whilst rehabilitating an injury and can indeed return to running or your chosen sport.
I also have a passion for running technique and injury minimisation. Growing up with some technique and training errors in the past I have had my fair share of injuries! My aim is to help prevent my clients from making the same mistakes. If you are new to training, have an injury, are a new mum and aren't sure what is safe to do or have been training for many years, there is always something new to learn and to better yourself.
